Carried to HONG KONG and turned over to the U.S. Consulate
(faint oval consular marking on front) for dispatch on July 13.

Assumed to be a letter from a returning soldier. The Hong Kong postmark within
the time frame between the Second and Third Direct Dispatch to the U.S.
